There is a lawsuit against all of them accusing them all of censoring by shutting down sites on behalf of the government who is pulling their strings behind the scenes.

The lawyers filed the suit around mid July 2016 and are asking, among other things, a change in the CDA Law to permit lawsuits against them. (Communications Decency Act -)

Social media companies have a unique defense because they are immune from suit under the Communications Decency Act (CDA), where the claims at issue are based on user content.
