Interestingly, the 3 youngest billionaires - 2 at $1.4 billion and 1 at $3 billion - are all from Norway, the oldest from Singapore [99 years old] at $2.1 billion.

There are 2,208 billionaires at present.

The sad thing to all this?

A record 357 new billionaires were minted last year as the already very wealthy saw their combined fortunes soar to an all-time high of $9.2 trillion (£6.8 trillion) - more than three times the UK’s gross domestic product.

1 trillion = 1,000,000,000,000 or 1 million million [US style of numbering]

1% Global Wealth Tax for anyone worth over $1 billion? Am pretty sure their "loss" will be recovered through tax breaks in the country they are in.
